Tasks Responsibilities:
1.Planning carrying out/supervising tests measurements fdeveloping evaluating new processes fmanufacturing composite material components, working in coordination with the Manager
2.Carrying out benchmark analysis competitanalysis.
3.Carrying out basic research, e.g. the use of new materials, new applications, new industry.
4.Devising tooling concepts ftest components in coordination with Toolmaking
5.Carrying out parameter studies
6. Supervising funding projects, tracking on new product development activities cross functional teams.
7.Working on supervising customer projects in Advanced Development in coordination with the Manager
8.Presenting results to customers as part of advanced development projects (no series production)
9.Prioritizing testing work, familiar with customer demvalidations in automative industry.
10.Determining measuring points test conditions/methods
11.Assembling simple test set-ups carrying out the tests
12. If required, modifying existing testing equipment to suit the task at h(having them modified)
13.Preparing test specimens ftesting (having them prepared)
14.Identifying ways to optimize products, processes, tools materials based on the test results
15.Reviewing patents in relation to affected products
Qualifications:
1. Completed Bachelor; mechanical engineer with knowledge development experience on auto parts
2.At least 5 years’ development experience of dealing with project related to auto structural part, concept to mass production experience is a plus
3.Experienced of composite metal materials.
