Tasks Responsibilities:
61 Applying CAE methods
61 Advising assisting the development teams in designing configuring products that meet the technical requirements
61 Generating, assessing, presenting discussing results (both internally on site at customers)
61 Leading CAE-related development projects
61 Organizing (tendering, supplier pre-selection, timing, simulation boundary conditions) presenting the results of external simulation services
61 Providing expert, methodological support training to staff inside outside Germany
61 Coordinating defining all boundary conditions required to achieve the targets, such as geometry, timing, load cases, simplification, material data simulation model selection
61 Independently validating optimizing the simulation models based on test results, incl. the associated evaluations
61 Supervising experimental tests (commissioned internally externally) fsupplying data fvalidating the simulation models, focusing on the planning, performance evaluation of the tests
61 Developing numerical methods simulation models
Qualification:
61 Bachelors degree above in Automotive Mechanical Engineering
61 min. 5 years working experience with CAE software.
61 Workable English language skills are required.
61 Expert on Mechanics/Fluid Mechanic/Thermodynamics with Altair
61 Familiar with metal forming composite materials molding.
61 Familiar with Topological optimization method.
61 Good team player
