? Ensure timely delivery of product according customer schedule by meeting quality customer requirements / 確保按照客戶的時(shí)間表按時(shí)交付符合客戶質(zhì)量要求的產(chǎn)品
? Management of assigned personal following company targets human resources SAIFEI process management / 依照公司目標(biāo)管理指定的人員，以及賽飛的人力資源過(guò)程管理
? Manage all tools equipments assigned following SAIFEI management procedures / 依照賽飛的管理程序管理所有指定的工具和設(shè)備
? Ensure the implementation of all activities with the purpose to reach SAIFEI’s KPI goals / 通過(guò)實(shí)現(xiàn)所有活動(dòng)來(lái)確保達(dá)到賽飛公司的各項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)
? Lead the analysis solution of problems affecting the previous results / 負(fù)責(zé)影響之前結(jié)果的問(wèn)題分析及解決
? Promote teamwork a good work environment / 促進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神以及好的工作環(huán)境
? Ensure compliance with the rules of work discipline plan established / 確保遵守工作章程以及已確定的紀(jì)律計(jì)劃

REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE / 本職位所要求的技能及經(jīng)歷:
? BachelDegree in Business Engineering Management / 工商或工程管理本科
? 5 years experiences in aerospace equivalent manufacturing industry / 5年航空或相關(guān)制造工業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 3 years experiences in team management as production supervis/ 3年作為生產(chǎn)主管的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Writtenal professional English /專業(yè)的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書寫
? Good ability fsolve problems / 良好的解決問(wèn)題能力
? Statistical knowledge / 統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)知識(shí)
? IE, ME techniques / IE、ME技巧
? 5S, office software, Lean Sigma techniques / 5S、辦公軟件、精益西格瑪技巧
