61 Support to drive the key HR processes: recruitment, talent management, performance management, etc. Especially focus on engineering employee recruiting. / 支持關鍵的HR流程:招聘,績效管理,人才管理,離職管理,等等. 特別側重工程員工的招聘。
61 Identify attract suitable candidates fdifferent positions using effective recruitment, interviewing techniques assessment processes / 運用有效的招聘面試及評估技巧,為不同的職位識別與吸引合適的候選人
61 Complete the yearly probation end performance review of engineering dept. / 完成工程年度和試用期的績效考核工作。
61 Conduct exit Interview follow-up the main reasons of employees’ departure / 開展離職面談,跟進了解人員離職主要原因
61 Support employee communication / 支持員工管理
61 Assist in project task force concerning the activities related HR issue, including support on FIN, HSE, Audit, etc. / 為人事相關項目或行動組提供協(xié)助,包括財務、HSE、審核等方面的支持。
61 Other tasks assigned by SeniHuman Resources Manager direct supervisor. / 其他資深人事經(jīng)理或者直接主管分配的任務。
REQUIRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE / 本職位所要求的技能及經(jīng)歷:
61 Bacheldegree with majin English, Administration, Management, etc / 英文或行政、管理專業(yè)學士學位。
61 Excellent English speaking writing skills / 良好的英語書面及口語表達能力
61 CET-4 Above / 大學英語四級或以上水平
61 More than three years related experience./超過3年相關工作經(jīng)驗
61 Excellent communication interpersonal skills / 杰出的溝通及人際交流技巧
61 Good analytical, logical problem-solving skills / 良好的分析,邏輯及解決問題的能力
61 Basic knowledge / 基本知識的掌握
61 Good Skill to manager Vend/ 優(yōu)秀的管理供應商的能力
61 Must be comfortable with multiple tasks / 能夠接受多重任務
61 Familiar with MS office / 熟悉Office辦公軟件
