崗位職責(zé)：
設(shè)計、開發(fā)和維護基于Java的后端應(yīng)用程序及微服務(wù)架構(gòu)。
參與系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計，確保代碼質(zhì)量、性能及可擴展性。
與產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、QA團隊及其他開發(fā)者協(xié)作，理解需求并交付高質(zhì)量代碼。
優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)，解決技術(shù)債務(wù)，提升系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性和效率。
編寫技術(shù)文檔，遵循敏捷開發(fā)流程（Scrum/Kanban）。

任職要求：

技術(shù)能力：
3年以上Java開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，精通Java 8+（Lambda、Stream API等）。
熟悉Spring框架（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud）及ORM工具（如Hibernate）。
熟悉分布式系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，有微服務(wù)、RESTful API開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
掌握數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計（MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle）及SQL優(yōu)化。
了解消息隊列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、緩存技術(shù)（Redis）等中間件。
語言能力： 英語流利（工作語言），中文溝通能力優(yōu)先。
加分項：
有云計算平臺經(jīng)驗（AWS/Azure/GCP）。
熟悉容器化技術(shù)（Docker/Kubernetes）。
了解前端技術(shù)（React/Angular）或全棧開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
有高并發(fā)、大數(shù)據(jù)量系統(tǒng)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。

We are looking fan experienced expatriate Java development engineer to join our technical team. You will be involved in the design, development, optimization of high-performance back-end systems, working with a global team to provide stable scalable technology solutions four products.

Job Responsibilities：
- Design, develop, maintain Java-based back-end applications microservices architectures.
- Participate in the design of the system architecture to ensure code quality, performance scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, other developers to understrequirements deliver high-quality code.
- Optimize existing systems, address technical debt, improve system stability efficiency.
- Write technical documentation follow an agile development process (Scrum/Kanban).

Qualifications：
Nationality requirements: Foreign nationals (with a legal work visa in China a company sponsorship).

Technical Capabilities:
- More than 3 years of Java development experience, proficient in Java 8 (Lambda, Stream API, etc.).
- Familiar with Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)M tools (such as Hibernate).
- Familiar with distributed system design, experience in microservice RESTful API development.
- Master database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) SQL optimization.
- Learn about middleware such as Message Queue (Kafka/RabbitMQ) Caching Technology (Redis).
- Language ability: Fluent in English (working language), basic communication skills in Chinese are preferred.

Bonus points:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of front-end technology (React/Angular) full-stack development experience.
- Experience in high-concurrency, large-data system development.
